General Purpose Nozzles - Hydraulic Atomizing Nozzles
Full Cone Spray Nozzles produce a uniform spray pattern that completely covers the target area — available in circular, square, or elliptical shapes. They are ideal for applications such as coating, cooling, washing, and chemical injection. Types of full cone nozzles vary based on flow rate (low to high), spray angle (narrow to wide), and material of construction.
Flat Spray Nozzles produce a fan-shaped spray pattern with an elongated oval shape. They are ideal for cleaning, washing, and paint rinsing applications. Flat spray nozzles are classified by pressure range (low to high: 0.4–300 bar) and spray angle (narrow to wide: 0–150°).
Hollow Cone Spray Nozzles produce a fine mist in a ring-shaped spray pattern. They are ideal for dust suppression and chemical spraying applications in industrial plants. Hollow cone nozzles are available with spray angles ranging from 13° to 165°.
